PPP 표준 지식체계, PPP Guide
World Bank를 비롯한 ADB, EBRD, IDB, IsDB 등 5개 MDB(Multilateral Development Bank)는 지난 수십 년 동안 신흥국·개발도상국(EM-DE)의 인프라 갭(Infrastructure Gap) 해소를 위한 방편으로 PPP 프로젝트를 추진해 왔습니다. 그러나 민간개발자(Private Party Developer), 현지정부(Host Country), 국제상업은행(International Commercial Bank), 각국 수출신용기관(Export Credit Agency) 등 사업 참여자들 사이에 PPP의 개념, 추진체계와 절차, 주안점에 대한 합의가 없어 효과적으로 추진되지 못했다는 반성에 따라, 약 950쪽 분량의 PPP 표준 지식체계(Body of Knowledge)인 PPP Guide를 마련하여 2016년에 공표하였습니다.
